Who we are

What we collect
If you contact us, we process your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), organisation (if you provide it) and the content of your message. If we work together, we also process the information needed to run the engagement — typically contact details, project records and billing information.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to you, to carry out a contract, to meet legal obligations (for example, tax records) and, where needed, on the basis of legitimate interests in running and improving the business.
Advertising measurement
If you arrive via a paid campaign landing page (addresses beginning /go/), we use advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn or Microsoft to measure visits and enquiries. Those platforms act as processors for that measurement. We also keep the details you submit on a form, including campaign parameters from the URL (for example utm_source), so we know which advert the enquiry came from.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation, then deleted or archived. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and for as long as we are required to retain them afterwards.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it with processors who host email or infrastructure on our behalf, with advertising platforms used to measure campaign landing pages, or where we are required to by law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Write to [email protected] and we will deal with the request.
